Original complaint: "Love this whole food, best in Boston ever. However, the carrots are too pointy and long. It's intimidating. Can you shorten them and make them less scary?" Customer service reply: "Thank you for the compliment. Everyone here at River Street works hard to make this best whole foods market in the area.
